Clients
are most welcome to remain in
the home whilst it is being cleaned.
However, most of our customers
prefer to leave our staff to work
in their absence.
In these instances clients may
either arrange to let our staff
in and lock up again when finished
or give us a key and security
code, if applicable.
For security reasons we would
like to assure you that only the
supervisors have access to the
keys. These supervisors will lock
and unlock your property at the
start and end of each service.
As an added precaution all keys
in our possession are individually
coded making it impossible to
identify them as belonging to
a specific property by anyone
but supervisors and other senior
staff members.
Should you prefer not to provide
us with a key you will have to
be present to open up for the
service in the morning and, depending
on your security options, to close
up after the service.
If we are unable to gain access
to your home for a scheduled clean,
we reserve the right to invoice
you for the day as per our late
cancellation policy. |
