Our Mollies are dropped off in the morning and collected again in the afternoon. They have chosen not take a lunch break (although if you are kind enough to offer them a sandwich and a drink they will eat/drink it quickly and then carry on with their work) and thus work a 7 hour day so you can expect your Molly to be collected 7 hours after she was dropped (never less).

We prefer our clients to provide the basic cleaning materials including a mop, broom and bucket etc. This not only cuts down our costs and saves space in the Molly Van but we feel it is more hygienic to use your own mops, brooms and cloths in your home only.

Please note that should you become a regular client we will always try to provide you with the same Molly for each service. However, we recommend that at least two Mollies become to know your home so that you have another "familiar Molly" to assist you in the event your favourite is sick or on leave. Should your regular Molly not be available, for any reason, we will call you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Our STANDARD CLEAN involves the following:

 | | All rooms: dusted throughout, including pictures, ornaments, windowsills, and skirting boards;
| | | Floors: All tiles and wooden floors are swept and washed and carpets are thoroughly vacuumed. All light furniture is moved during this exercise and replaced once the area has been properly cleaned;
| | | Kitchen: Work surfaces are wiped and sanitized, sinks and taps are left gleaming and appliances and cupboard doors are wiped down;
| | | Bathrooms: Toilets and bidets are cleaned and sanitized and bath tubs, showers, sinks and mirrors are left spotlessly clean.

Although the above is offered as our Standard Clean we are able, and willing, to accommodate almost any kind of domestic work such as:

| | Ironing
| | | Windows, inside and out (if accessible)
| | | Cleaning and repacking cupboards
| | | Cleaning appliances such as ovens and fridges
| | | Sweeping or hosing out garages
| | | Washing patio furniture

Laundry: Please note however, that although our Mollies are willing to hang out your washing and bring it in again when dry, Molly Maid is not a laundry service and should you request them to do any washing for you, either hand washing or by using your washing machine, or tumble drying, please note that this is done at your own risk.

Rental Properties: Should you own a rental property which needs to be thoroughly cleaned, including the linen, after each period of occupancy Molly Maid can accommodate this too!

Moving House: Hiring Molly Maid to clean your new home before you move into it and/or your old home as you move out of it can make a stressful situation less traumatic. A few of our clients have found our Mollies invaluable in assisting with unpacking boxes when they have just moved into a new home and helping with the washing and packing of the box contents, ie crockery and cutlery. In fact, tell us what you require and we'll do our best to fulfil your needs.
