Our normal work days are Monday through Friday, and most Saturdays, from approximately 08h00 to 16h00. Your Molly/ies will be delivered to your door, in their uniforms, by a supervisor and collected again in the afternoon. However, since part of our service is to drop each staff member off at your home it is not always possible to commit to a specific start and finish time, although we do make every effort to accommodate our clients.
We also provide our service on some Sundays and public holidays. However such services are subject to a quotation and may require payment in advance. If your scheduled cleaning day falls on a public holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.
As well as being comprehensively trained all new additions to our workforce are accompanied to their first couple of assignments by a supervisor, thus fulfilling our on-the-job training requirements and ensuring that all staff are capable of working on their own to our standards.
We are also fully insured for personal liability and work-related accidents.
